TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Thank you for choosing Saved by the Ball Coaching. Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions before booking.

Payment: Payment for weekly sessions is via a monthly direct debit. This accounts for 48/52 weeks for the year.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your child's place in the coaching sessions, please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, but if you let us know within 7 days, we are able to offer a credit for the missed sessions to be applied towards a future booking.

If you are having to leave us for whatever reason, we require for you to see out your membership to the end of the month.

Health and Safety: Your child's safety is our top priority. Please ensure that your child wears appropriate sports clothing and footwear to each session. If your child has any medical conditions or injuries, please inform us before the session starts.

Photography and Filming: We may take photographs or film footage during coaching sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please inform us before the session starts.

Company Policies: Parent Responsibility, Safety, and Code of Conduct

Parent Responsibility for Pick-up and Drop-off:

  • We expect parents to arrange pick-up and drop-off of their children to and from within the venue at the given session start/end times.

Safety Measures and Serious Injuries:

  • We prioritize safety and take necessary precautions to maintain safety levels.
  • However, we are not liable for serious injuries that may occur on our premises.

Code of Conduct for Parents and Children:

  • We expect parents and children to adhere to an appropriate code of conduct while participating in our activities.
  • Any issues should be communicated to the coaches before or after session end times and not during a session is ongoing, unless an emergency.
  • Parents must please leave the entrance area vacated and should not be kicking footballs around forcefully. This is to keep it a respectful environment for all and keep our children safe.
  • We reserve the right to enforce appropriate disciplinary measures at our discretion for parents and children.
