Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing SBTB Coaching. By booking, you agree to the following:

Payment is via monthly direct debit for 48 out of 52 weeks annually.
Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days in advance. Refunds are available for up to 2 cancellations per year; any additional cancellations will be credited towards any other SBTB bookings.

Children must wear appropriate sportswear and footwear:
Indoor: Trainers/Astros
Outdoor: Astros/Football boots with shin pads.
All jewellery must be covered or removed, and shoelaces tied securely before the session.
Inform us of any new medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs in writing before sessions.
SBTB Coaching is not liable for injuries caused by inappropriate attire or undeclared conditions.

Parents are responsible for the drop-off and pick-up from within the playing area.
Children are not permitted to leave the playing area unsupervised, including waiting in car parks. If you require children to wait unsupervised in car parks, you must provide this in writing via email.

Arrival: Ensure players arrive 5 mins prior to start time. Late arrivals must wait on the side until invited in by the coach.
Toileting: Ensure children use the toilet before the session. It is parent responsibility to supervise toileting while a session is ongoing.
Drinks: Only water or sports drinks are allowed. Reusable bottles must be labeled with your child’s name.
Belongings: Parents/guardians must check that children have all belongings before leaving. Lost items will be stored in the lost and found.

Parents and children must maintain appropriate code of conduct during sessions.
Polite feedback is welcomed but should be given before or after sessions unless in an emergency.
Parents are asked not to remain in the playing area unnecessarily or engage in disruptive behavior.

If a child struggles to follow the above rules or requires extra attention, parents are required to supervise for the full length of sessions.
Parents are expected to stay engaged and invested with their child's development.
Parents must ensure that children arrive ready to participate with the correct attitude and focus to get the best out of sessions.

SBTB Coaching follows safeguarding laws to ensure the safety of all children. All staff have safeguarding training and DBS checks.
Parents must remain contactable during sessions for emergencies.
SBTB Coaching is not liable for any concerns due to above T&Cs not being followed appropriately.

Photos/videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Inform us if you do not consent.
